About Tharon Johnson
​Tharon Johnson is the founder and CEO of Paramount Consulting Group, a full service, bipartisan government affairs and communications firm based in Atlanta, serving clients in the corporate and political sectors.
A nationally recognized political strategist and trusted community leader, Tharon appears each week on Fox 5 Atlanta’s longest-running public affairs program, “The Georgia Gang” and on 90.1 WABE-FM’s popular “Political Breakfast” podcast, ranked among the top 40 political podcasts nationally. He is also the author of the award-winning column “Red, Blue, and You,” which can be found monthly in Georgia Trend magazine.
Tharon advises elected officials at the highest levels of government. Most recently he served as a senior advisor to the Biden-Harris campaign in the battleground state of Georgia. He has served at senior levels of federal, state, and local campaigns, including for President Barack Obama, Congressman John Lewis, Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, Congressman John Barrow and DeKalb County CEO Michael Thurmond.
He appears regularly as a key contributor on news shows, including CNN, MSNBC and Atlanta’s WSB-TV, providing timely insights on political developments at the national, state and local levels. He also is frequently quoted in Newsweek, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Politico, Roll Call, The Hill and other notable publications.
Tharon was named both a “Top Lobbyist” and one of the “Top 25 Most Influential Georgians” by James Magazine. The magazine has also repeatedly recognized Paramount Consulting Group as one of Georgia’s top small, non-law firm affiliated lobbying firms. He was also named one of Atlanta’s most powerful leaders in 2023 and Atlanta Business League’s entrepreneur of the year for 2024. He was the youngest and first African American to receive the “Campaign Manager of the Year” distinction from the American Association of Political Consultants. In addition to his political honors, Tharon was also awarded the “Unsung Hero Award” by his alma mater Clark Atlanta University for outstanding contributions in Arts & Sciences. His board positions include the Atlanta Beltline Partnership, John and Lillian Miles Lewis Foundation, Leadership Atlanta, First Tee Metro Atlanta, Clark Atlanta University, and Atlanta Ballet.
Tharon is married to dermatologist Dr. Chynna Johnson, who owns and manages her own practice with offices in Atlanta and Alpharetta. They have two young sons, Tyeson and Tatum.

Keyoshe Wilson is the Chief of Staff for Paramount Consulting Group, dedicated to supporting the vision, growth, and development of the firm. Before joining Paramount, Keyoshe worked in the legal arena with shareholders and partners in corporate law, entertainment law, and government law and policy. She received a master’s degree from the University of Illinois in Human Resources with a concentration in organizational leadership. With over 10 years of experience, she’s been able to help cultivate, organize, and build the teams and organizations in which she’s worked.

About Julie Bryant Fisher
Julie Bryant Fisher is a veteran public relations, communications, and media relations specialist with experience in government affairs and advocacy for key brands and leading nonprofits. As Managing Director of Paramount Consulting Group, Bryant serves as a PR and government affairs consultant for a variety of clients, assisting with key initiatives, relationship building and community affairs efforts for leading brands, companies, and government entities. Bryant has led communications teams at recognizable brands during their most pivotal moments. At Atlanta Community Food Bank, as Chief Marketing Officer, she led the beloved nonprofit through its first brand overhaul and launch of a successful strategic marketing mission to increase visibility and drive donations. At ZVerse, Inc., Julie led efforts to help a small, Columbia, SC-based digital manufacturing firm launch a global line of PPE products during the COVID-19 pandemic and achieve millions in face shield sales.
Bryant is the former Chief Experience Officer at the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) working to catalyze and inspire Georgia's technology community and create great experiences for the country's largest technology association. As Senior Manager, Communications & Marketing for the Metro Atlanta Chamber, Bryant steered communications, media, and marketing strategy for the economic development team, managing public and media relations while coordinating multiple industry sectors around MAC-led initiatives. A veteran journalist and broadcast news host, Julie began her career as a reporter and served as long-time Managing Editor of the Atlanta Business Chronicle, serving as part of the executive editing team for the city’s premier business paper. Bryant served as staff writer for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Reporter at the Tulsa World and News Director and Radio Morning Show Co-Host in Greenville, South Carolina and Tulsa, Oklahoma. Bryant is a German Marshall Memorial Fund Fellow, and is a proud member of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2007.

Antrell Tyson
Antrell comes to Paramount with an extensive background in policy and government affairs. He was appointed as the Regional Director of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for Region IV, overseeing eight Southeastern states and six federally recognized Tribes. As a presidential appointee, he provided executive leadership and acted as the primary representative for the Secretary of HHS in the region.
Before joining HHS, Tyson worked as the Director of Business Services and Policy for the City of Atlanta's Workforce Development Agency, where he revamped the City’s On-the-Job training program. He also served as the District Director for U.S. Representative Lucy McBath, managing the district office operations and building key relationships to secure over $7 million in federal funds for the district.
Antrell worked as Counsel for Congress for congressional members and U.S. Senate committees and as Assistant General Counsel for a trade association. He has been recognized for his public service contributions and is a member of several leadership and community organizations. He holds a BA in Political Science from Colgate University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law.

About Zenobia Haynes
Zenobia Haynes is a first-generation Jamaican American and a proud graduate of Georgia State University. She’s a seasoned political strategist with a track record in campaign strategy and government affairs. From 2017 to 2019, Zenobia devoted her time to both the Metro Atlanta Chamber and the Georgia State Secretary of the Senate, actively engaging in the Georgia Legislative Session. In 2020 she assumed the role of Deputy Political Director on the high-profile Senate campaign of Jon Ossoff in Georgia. During the campaign, Zenobia demonstrated her ability to forge crucial partnerships with donors, allies, and surrogates, making her a key player in the campaign's success.
Zenobia's commitment to driving positive change through politics continued with her subsequent role as Political Director for the successful re-election campaign of Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock to the United States Senate. Sen. Warnock’s achievement as Georgia's first African-American senator was bolstered by Zenobia’s strategic contributions to his successful re-election campaign.
